Terms and Refund Policies

VIDEO ITEMS:

Our intent is to make sure you have a DVD or VHS which works with your personal equipment. If a video product fails to work in your system, whether it's defective or whether it's simply incompatible, contact us and we will send another version until the situation is remedied.

PHOTOGRAPHIC ITEMS:

Photographs are guaranteed satisfaction.  If photographs are not to your liking, we will reprint them for you.  If you have ordered from proofs, this is the extent of the adjustment.  If you have ordered sight unseen, then we will at your request refund your money provided you return the photos to us within 2 days of receipt.
